Getting started with WorldSchooling Hub

WorldSchooling Hub is free to add your family and free to browse. The map and profiles are private: first confirm your email and complete your family profile, then you'll see families whose sharing choices include you.

Open your family account

Go to app.worldschoolinghub.com. If you already have a family account, use its existing email address. Request a sign-in email, open the newest link and choose Confirm email & sign in. For a new family, use Create a new account when registration is open. Confirming an email shows that you can access that inbox; it is not an adult ID or family check.

Add or review your family

Choose a family display name, languages, children's age ranges and the things you'd enjoy doing together. You can add a short introduction, a profile photo and up to six gallery photos. Use age ranges rather than birth dates and keep home addresses out of your introduction.

Choose who can see your family and which contact options to share. Pick your current neighbourhood, town or a broader city, then deliberately confirm it. Pins use the area's centre, never your home address.

For your first review, use Confirm review and save choices. Look for the saved confirmation. Later, go to Profile → Edit family profile and choose Save changes after editing. Changes are applied when you save them; a saved draft does not complete your first review.

Find other families

Search starts with the map. Zoom into an area or choose a town, then narrow results by family type, language, country of birth, children's ages, family name or the verification checks you prefer. Filters narrow the families you can already view; they never override another family's sharing choices.

Tap a single pin to open that family. Tap a group to zoom in, then choose an individual family. Use Show matching families as a list if you prefer cards. Some families may be in the list without a map pin while their town is being checked. Clear filters starts a fresh search.

Search shows other families. Your own family is in Profile.

Say hello

Open a family card to see the contact options they've chosen to share: WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or built-in private chat. An external link opens that service; WorldSchooling Hub doesn't send a message for you. A new private-chat introduction waits for acceptance or a reply. Both families' privacy and chat choices apply.

To edit your own links, use Profile → Edit family profile. For visibility and private chat, use Profile → Privacy & chat. For your town, use Profile → Location & reminders. Remember to save changes and look for the confirmation.

Add the map to your phone

Open app.worldschoolinghub.com on your phone. In Safari, open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, enable Open as Web App if offered, then Add. On Android, choose Install app or Add to Home screen from your browser menu. You can also keep using the website normally. An internet connection is needed for the map, profiles and chat.
